Plan, Coordinate, and Elevate Aerospace Programs

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Project Planner Scheduler to join our team, partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer recognized for advancing the future of flight. In this dynamic role, you’ll develop and manage integrated schedules and plans that keep high-impact aerospace programs on track—supporting projects from proposal through production.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, develop, and maintain integrated plans and schedules across functional teams to achieve project and program objectives.

• Track project progress, perform schedule risk analysis, and support lifecycle planning for complex aerospace initiatives.

• Analyze and report on schedule performance variances, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Support tooling scheduling activities across multiple platforms and programs, ensuring alignment between Finance, Operations, Tooling Design, and Manufacturing Engineering.

• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks for program-critical tools and collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to manage execution.

• Create data reports and analysis to support decision-making and raise awareness of potential schedule impacts.

• Maintain disciplined revision control and update planning, scheduling, and change-related metrics.

What You Bring

Required:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience

• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, data analytics, and business analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Project

• Background in Supply Chain, Production Management, Program or Project Management

• Experience with MRP or other demand systems

• Familiarity with risk assessment and performance analysis
