Summary:

Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems.

Translate customer contractual needs and requirements into effective system test solutions that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Establish functional and technical specifications and standards to guide system integration and testing activities.

Identify and resolve hardware/software interface issues to ensure seamless system performance.

Define input/output parameters and ensure proper integration across subsystems and full systems.

Review and evaluate system requirements for testability, developing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.

Coordinate subsystem and system-level testing efforts with program teams and other departments.

Analyze test results, prepare detailed evaluation reports, and verify and validate overall system performance.

Document discrepancies and perform integration regression testing to confirm the effectiveness of software and hardware fixes.

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance required to start.

4 6 years of experience in Software Development (C, C++, LabVIEW preferred)

4 6 years of experience in Production environments

6+ years of experience in Test Equipment Design

6+ years of experience in Electronic Testing

6+ years of experience in Mechanical Testing

Hands-on LabVIEW/LabWindows CVI and NI experience (development and maintenance on complex systems)

Proficient in C/C++ software development with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware integration expertise (switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, automation)

Experience with automated test equipment development and maintenance in a high-volume production environment

Familiarity with electro-optic (EO) sensor solutions for military platforms

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
