Location: Everett| Schedule: 1st shift 5am to 1:30 pm | Pay Rate: $25.00

In this role, you’ll be part of a team that builds the high-performance components and assemblies that make modern aviation possible. Every part you assemble contributes to the safety, innovation, and excellence that define the aerospace industry.
Assemble & Build: Perform a wide variety of mechanical sub-assembly and final assembly operations using blueprints, samples, and work instructions.
Work with Tools: Use small hand tools (wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) and pneumatic tools (drill motors, nut runners).
Precision Measurement: Utilize measurement instruments such as scales, calipers (digital/dial), and micrometers to ensure precise tolerances.
Riveting & Fitting: Assemble and rivet small sheet metal parts and components to exact specifications.
Electrical Components: Handle wiring and electrical elements as part of larger assembly operations.
Adjust, Modify & Test: Disassemble, rework, reassemble, and test mechanical units as needed to meet quality standards.
Collaborate & Lead: Support lower-level assemblers by sharing knowledge, checking progress, and ensuring high-quality results.
Follow Procedures: Read and comprehend technical drawings, production orders, and aviation assembly documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant mechanical or assembly experience, OR 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
Ability to read blueprints, follow shop orders, and work with precision tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Candidates must be able to commute to and from the work site (on-site role; remote work not available).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments (standing, kneeling, crawling, confined spaces).
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace or manufacturing assembly experience.
Experience with small part assembly, sheet metal work, or electrical subassemblies.
Comfort using pneumatic and power tools in a production setting.
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality.
