PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of complex aerospace components. This role is ideal for engineers who excel in precision design and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
- Apply ASME standards and GD&T practices to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Engineer components such as starters, pneumatic valves, actuators, motors, and solenoids.
- Participate in supplier and customer meetings, support RMRA assessments, and contribute to Cast-to-Hogout design activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Support environmental testing requirements, including EMI, and work with castings and forgings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical design experience.
- Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and ASME standards.
- Experience with castings, hogout designs, and aerospace components.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks.
- Creativity and sound judgment in planning and execution.

- Pay Rate: $56/hr
- Shift: Shay Shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Schedule: Full onsite presence required for the first 3 months; hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) available thereafter.

Pay Details: $56.00 per hour
