PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to support a global aerospace leader in their journey toward SAP S/4HANA migration.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring the integrity and optimization of SAP data across multiple modules. Your work will directly influence operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Data Profiling & Quality: Analyze SAP data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Identify anomalies and implement quality rules.
• Governance & Best Practices: Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold data governance standards and drive best-in-class data management.
• Migration Support: Prepare clean, structured data for SAP S/4HANA migration. Assist with mapping and integration from various sources.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and system performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, etc.) to resolve data issues and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and system performance.
• Documentation & Training: Create documentation and training materials to support data management practices.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 6–9 years of experience in SAP data management, profiling, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and related modules.
• Experience with data profiling tools (SAP Data Services, Informatica, etc.).
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Data Management certifications.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation tools.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Education & Eligibility:

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Data Science (or equivalent experience).
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
