LOCATION: Grand Prairie, TX
PAY RATE: $79.86/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance Requirement: Ability to Obtain (can start without clearance)
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 4x10 (9 AM 3 PM CST core hours, onsite M TH)

Summary:
Identify process variations and nonconformances; use data analysis to develop innovative supply chain solutions
Support product line validations and risk management activities per AS9102
Provide systemic issue resolution through root cause analysis, containment, and corrective/preventive actions
Interface with program requirements, customer needs, and program management teams
Drive failure analysis, diagnosis, and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities
Develop technical solutions to complex problems and provide liaison support on quality engineering matters
Ensure contract flow-down requirements are implemented and verified with production sites
Review manufacturing documentation to confirm quality deliverables
Participate in integrated product team reviews, analyzing data on yields, rework, scrap, and nonconformance trends
Requirements:
Ability to Obtain clearance (can start without clearance)
Bachelor s degree (STEM) and 8+ years of experience
2+ years experience with Electronics Assembly and Test per IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620
2+ years experience with Soldering per IPC J-STD-001
4 6 years experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
6+ years knowledge of complex mechanical/electrical concepts
4 6 years experience solving manufacturability problems
6+ years experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
4 6 years experience with supplier interaction
4 6 years experience with complex electronics assemblies
4 6 years experience performing source inspections and FAI per AS9102
J-STD-001, IPC-610, and IPC-620 certification/training with demonstrated inspection capability
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
