PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dynamic Aero Logistics Engineer to join our partner, a top aviation industry leader, in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Aero Logistics Engineer, you will serve as a critical member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT), designing, analyzing, and optimizing aircraft support systems. Your work ensures that maintenance, repair, and logistics strategies are efficient, affordable, and aligned with operational goals — keeping aircraft mission-ready across multiple platforms and programs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), paper-based manuals, and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs).
Perform logistics analyses such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis (FMECA).
Support provisioning, supply support, and maintenance planning to optimize aircraft readiness.
Prepare and review Repair Parts & Special Tool Lists (RPSTLs) and ensure compliance with MIL-STD documentation.
Assist with data preparation and program review presentations, maintaining visibility into cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with IPT members to integrate supportability into system design from the outset.
Required:
Demonstrated Structures/Maintenance experience (must be visible on resume).
Strong knowledge of military or aviation logistics principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
Adherence to company processes, procedures, and government regulations.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Experience creating or maintaining technical publications in aviation or defense programs.
