PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global aerospace leader to find a dedicated Stockroom Operations / Material Handler. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that essential materials, components, and tools are received, organized, and delivered accurately—helping keep high-performance aircraft production on track and on time.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As part of the stockroom and material handling team, you’ll:

• Perform receiving, shipping, and inventory control tasks following established procedures.

• Identify and handle parts and components using correct labeling, markings, and documentation.

• Pick and kit materials based on Bills of Material (BOM) requirements.

• Package and ship materials safely and accurately to prevent damage.

• Utilize computer systems to record inventory transactions and generate labels.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Support internal departments through the material requisition process.

• Load, unload, and transport materials safely (lifting up to 35 lbs. unassisted).

• Maintain organized stockroom areas and appropriate levels of packaging supplies.

• Train new employees and contribute to team projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in stockroom, shipping, or material handling operations.

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).

• Strong reading, math, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand or move for extended periods.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.

• Steel-toed shoes (required on start date).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with inventory control systems and measuring instruments.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting.
