PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on machining experience, a strong understanding of blueprint interpretation, and a commitment to quality and safety.
What You’ll Do
As a Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal parts using mechanical equipment.
- Operating 3-axis mills and multiple machines as needed.
- Interpreting blueprints and GD&T callouts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Measuring and inspecting parts using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reporting to a supervisor and working under immediate supervision.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of machining experience.
- Familiarity with G and M codes.
- Ability to measure and pass own parts.
- Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs frequently.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
- Experience working with tight tolerances and advanced measuring techniques.
- Ability to run multiple machines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with commonly used machining concepts and procedures.
Special Considerations:
- Lifting will exceed 30 lbs and may involve significant repetition.
- Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks is anticipated.

- Pay Rate: $26.00/hr
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Subco Bonus Program: Earn up to $3,000
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
