Schedule: 4x10 | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Production Planner, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production efficient, on-time, and compliant—directly impacting the delivery of advanced aerospace solutions. Your expertise will help shape the way cutting-edge aviation projects come to life.

What You’ll Do

• Align Bills of Material (BOMs) and validate production flow for optimal efficiency

• Convert work instructions from CostPoint to SAP CAMS

• Interpret engineering drawings and transfer technical specs into accurate work orders

• Maintain work orders and engineering masters in compliance with ECOs and directives

• Prioritize production work using MRP and other data, ensuring timely delivery

• Advise Sales on lead times and delivery schedules

• Track project progression and collaborate with Engineering on change requests

• Coordinate delivery of stocked components from finished goods warehouse

• Provide updates in weekly meetings and help reduce aged work orders

• Monitor material availability and ensure all planning adheres to AS9100, ITAR, and DOT standards

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing, MOD, or overhaul environments

• Experience with SAP conversions and work order management

• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and technical data packages

• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of planning tools

• Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and DOT regulations and their application to planning

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
