PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as a Machinist. If you have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, can read blueprints, and are ready to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do
As a Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
Performing first-piece inspections and maintaining quality throughout production.
Deburring parts and meeting daily production goals.
Editing G-code programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Following job instructions and quality procedures to meet deadlines.
Maintaining a clean work area using 5S principles.
Participating in daily tier meetings and tracking jobs in order of precedence.
Logging job information using the SAP system.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1–2 years of CNC experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Proficiency with measuring tools: calipers, OD mics, 6” steel ruler, height gauge, and depth mics.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Special Considerations:
Lifting may exceed 30 lbs and involve significant repetition.
Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological, or other physical risks is anticipated.

Shift: Weekend Shift | Friday–Sunday | 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Subco Bonus Program: Earn up to $3,000
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
