We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Training: 8 10 weeks.

Shift: Variable assigned based on business need.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Perform functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components.

Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and electrical faults.

Assess and document test or analysis data to verify compliance with specifications.

Identify production constraints and escalate unresolved issues through clear communication.

Support team performance through cross-training, mentoring, and collaboration.

Adhere to high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required (vocational/technical training or degree preferred).

7+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.

7+ years of experience in electrical assembly and/or working with electronic materials.

7+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting and aircraft electrical systems repair.

1+ years of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting technical documentation.

Ability to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd; shift determined by business need).

Expertise in electrical assembly, avionics troubleshooting, and wire bundle installation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized software applications.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications in English.

Ability to work any assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Capable of meeting physical demands, including bending, standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and handling components.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
