Summary:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team, partnering with a global aerospace leader in North Charleston, SC. In this full-time, 6-month consulting role, you’ll help keep production operations running smoothly by coordinating materials, tracking workflow, and ensuring timely movement of parts across the manufacturing floor. Your work will directly support the creation of advanced aircraft that define the future of flight.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient production flow. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure that materials, components, and work orders are processed accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the processing and movement of materials into and out of storage and production areas.

• Monitoring work-in-process to ensure schedules are met and materials are available.

• Updating automated systems to track part availability and production progress.

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues with parts, materials, or documentation.

• Supporting team efforts to expedite production and minimize schedule delays.

• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all standard work instructions and safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn production tracking systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• A proactive attitude and attention to detail are essential.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, materials coordination, or logistics.

• Familiarity with aerospace or industrial production environments.

Work Details:

• Location: North Charleston, SC

• Type: Full-time; Consultant (6 months)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM)

• Starting Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

• Environment: Onsite in a hands-on, team-driven production setting
