PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to help manage daily build rates, monitor operations, and keep production flowing smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems and working with cross-functional teams, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the production plan to meet daily build goals and ensure finish dates stay accurate.
Checking material and capacity availability before releasing production orders.
Monitoring progress to make sure builds are happening as planned.
Tackling aging work-in-progress (WIP) orders and driving solutions.
Acting as the go-to person for reporting and resolving issues that impact the production schedule.
Supporting recovery plans and helping identify root causes and corrective actions for process hiccups.
Participating in tiered accountability meetings.
What You’ll Need
At least 1 year of experience in a production or scheduling role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Pay Rate: $35/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
