PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the Aviation Industry to hire a Quality Operations Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a career-defining opportunity to ensure excellence, compliance, and innovation in one of the most advanced aircraft programs in the world.
As a Quality Operations Specialist, you will support the 525 Program by developing conformity packages and ensuring the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) meets all FAA and regulatory requirements. Your work will help shape processes that safeguard performance, reliability, and airworthiness across the organization.
Develop, revise, and maintain QMS procedures, manuals, and program plans.
Update and manage Repair Station Quality and Training Manuals, including facility expansions.
Create and manage a unified FAA roster for all Repair Stations.
Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
Drive corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives (RCCA).
Develop and implement procedures for quality initiatives, including Drug & Alcohol Testing and warehouse integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure all work adheres to company policies, QMS standards, and FAA regulations.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7–10 years of relevant experience in quality operations.
Proven experience writing internal procedures and developing training programs.
Experience working in a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station environment.
Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio).
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Background in Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and project management techniques.
