Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
In this role, you will play a key part in the research, design, development, testing, and production of advanced aerospace products and systems — ranging from mission payloads and electronic subsystems to highly integrated special mission aircraft. You will help ensure that every product meets the stringent performance, quality, and regulatory requirements of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with program management, design engineering, quality, and production teams to develop efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Review and optimize engineering designs for manufacturability and producibility, ensuring smooth transition from concept to production.

Develop and implement tooling, fixtures, work instructions, and production processes to support assembly and fabrication.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying manufacturing technologies, lean principles, and industry best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Support design reviews and provide manufacturing input to ensure alignment between engineering intent and production capabilities.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of special mission aircraft, ensuring systems integration and build quality meet mission and safety requirements.
