JOB TITLE: F-16 Avionics Technician
LOCATION: Greenville, SC
PAY RATE: $34-38/hour

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift Information: Must be willing to work any shift 1st (Mon Thurs, 6:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.), 2nd (Mon Thurs, 4:30 p.m. 3:00 a.m.), or Weekend (Thurs Sun, 6:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.); new hires will likely be assigned to 2nd or weekend shift after training.

Summary:
Responsible for installing electrical harnesses, performing operational checks, conducting post-modification testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and avionics systems on aircraft.
Duties include system and subsystem testing, wire routing and repair, and electrical testing.
Some APG work may be required in conjunction with avionics terminations and wire repair.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Experience with routing, wire repair, and electrical testing required.
Avionics Testing (4 6 years)
Electrical Troubleshooting (4 6 years)
Cable/Wire Harness (4 6 years)
Reading Electrical Schematics (4 6 years)
Wire Harness Print Reading (4 6 years)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Avionics experience on fighter/attack aircraft preferred but not required.
Strong avionics, electrical, or E&E background highly desired.
