PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this dynamic role, you’ll help streamline production systems, improve efficiency, and enhance stability across a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. Your work will directly impact product quality, flow, and delivery—contributing to programs that shape the future of flight.

What You’ll Do

• Implement lean methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production flow.

• Assess rate readiness and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.

• Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable corrective actions.

• Review and enhance facility layouts for optimal use of space and resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure stability and alignment.

• Develop and deploy standardized processes that support continuous improvement across operations.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field.

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.

• 3+ years of experience defining, developing, and improving production processes.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled in Lean Manufacturing with a solid understanding of lean principles.

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience developing and deploying standard processes.

• Proficiency in structured problem solving and Microsoft Office Suite.
