PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Fabrication Specialist to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll perform composite fabrication, machine setup, and assembly tasks that directly support the production of cutting-edge aircraft components. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring quality, safety, and innovation in every product that takes flight.

What You’ll Do

• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks according to established specifications.

• Operate and set up composite fabrication machinery and tools.

• Conduct composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding processes.

• Prepare tooling and ensure materials and equipment are production-ready.

• Safely operate overhead cranes and related equipment.

• Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to maintain production standards.

• Contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused team environment.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in composite fabrication.

• Skilled in machine operations.

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating overhead cranes.

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education/experience).
