PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level 3) to join our Commercial New Business, Strategy, and Asset Management Team, partnering with a world-renowned aerospace leader. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in planning, integrating, and driving large-scale projects that enable cutting-edge advancements in aviation and production systems.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence high-level decision-making, and ensure project excellence from concept through execution—all within an environment that values precision, innovation, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of plans and schedules for highly complex projects and change-driven initiatives.

• Conduct strategic studies and analysis to identify impacts, constraints, and solutions across business units.

• Support product development, manufacturing, and program management through analysis and process improvement.

• Develop and manage project timelines, identify production constraints, and drive alignment with strategic goals.

• Facilitate project integration across suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

• Coach and mentor junior team members while ensuring consistent process application.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in implementing and training others on project management tools and methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience across multiple business units.

• 5+ years using standard project management tools and integrated scheduling systems.

• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and present to senior leadership.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office, Project Web App (PWA), and MS Project.

• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and data analytics.

• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or airplane programs.

• Experience developing strategic project plans aligned with business goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
