Summary:
Develop and validate requirements for complex communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and electromagnetic systems.
Define electromagnetic requirements for electrical/electronic systems, mechanical systems, interconnects, and structures.
Design architectures to integrate components into higher-level platforms.
Perform trade studies, modeling, simulation, and analysis to optimize system performance.
Conduct critical tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with requirements.
Manage supplier and partner performance to meet specifications.
Support products throughout their lifecycle, resolving complex technical issues.
Assist project management with work statements, budgets, schedules, reviews, and proposals.
Non-managerial, non-leadership role requiring minimal supervision.

Main point of contact for Electronic Warfare customer and leadership; maintain technical management, daily communication, and coordination.
Lead proposal activities from RFP to submittal.
Coordinate with technical leads, program teams, suppliers, and Boeing Global Services.
Monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics; report to leadership.
Maintain working-level customer relationships.
Ensure timely submission of deliverables.
Plan and coordinate resources over the project lifecycle.
Define risk mitigation and opportunity plans.
Compare results to baseline plans to assess performance and efficiency.
Provide technical, business, and integration support for project execution.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Bachelor s, Master s, or PhD in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
9+ years (Bachelor s), 7+ years (Master s), 4+ years (PhD)
Strong technical and analytical skills
Effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct program or project management experience
Hardware engineering experience
Experience communicating with internal and external customers
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
ABET-accredited degree preferred but not required
