JOB TITLE: CNC Technician I
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Operate automated machines using pre-programmed instructions.

Verify machine setup against drawings and specifications.

Inspect and replace cutting tools and adjust offsets as needed.

Adjust programs to optimize material fit and ensure conformity.

Inspect raw materials and cut parts to confirm compliance with blueprints, models, and engineering documentation.

Identify appropriate materials and cutting tools, and perform setup inspections.

Monitor and manage material supply.

Perform minor machine repairs and validate completion of preventative maintenance.

Complete all required documentation and records accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Comply with 5S standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 2 years of related experience or education

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with similar automated equipment

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
