Summary:

Plans and leads department processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to document as-built configurations.

Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives, including build analyses and cost estimates.

Integrates complex suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

Participates in source selection, develops tooling requirements, and manages tooling from design through end-of-use disposition.

Leads investigations of complex or systemic manufacturing issues and teams performing producibility assessments.

Supports enterprise benchmarking and develops complex work statements, sequencing events, and scheduling templates.

Drafts, updates, and reviews processes and procedures to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Works under minimal direction.

Requirements:

AA degree in a related discipline with 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

8+ years of Manufacturing Planner experience

8+ years of experience with CAD software

Ability to interpret and read 2D and 3D drawings and specifications

Analyze and interpret engineering data

Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Ability to obtain customer approval for access (dual or prior foreign citizenship may preclude access)

Successful completion of a 3rd party background check

Non-managerial, non-leadership role

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Previous planner experience

Experience with Gold ESP and MESCI
