Summary:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings

Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and templates for production

Measure, mark, cut, shape, and finish metal stock to exact specifications

Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills)

File, grind, and shim metals for accurate fit and smooth finish

Assemble and repair tools, dies, and molds

Inspect finished tooling for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and contour

Apply knowledge of materials (metals, fiberglass, thermoplastics) and machining processes

Troubleshoot and solve complex fabrication problems

Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas

Collaborate effectively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Completion of apprenticeship or equivalent technical training and experience

Strong ability to visualize and compute shapes, tolerances, and dimensions

Proficient in manual and CNC machining setup and operation

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Highly motivated, safety-conscious, and quality-driven team player

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
