Location: Everett, WA or Kent, WA (100% Onsite)

Summary:
Conduct time studies and work observations to establish and maintain process standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard processes.
Support documentation and analysis to improve production efficiency and stability.
Maintain a presence on the production floor and actively engage with shop personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or higher.
Experience or exposure to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
Hands-on experience performing work observations and time studies.
Successful completion of training (OJT or classroom) is required.
Must be able to crouch, walk, and climb stairs as part of daily duties.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and a solid understanding of Lean principles.
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience developing and deploying standardized processes.
