Summary:
Develop and lead Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports; conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
Coordinate testing logistics including security, shipping, and scheduling.
Execute hardware and software test activities (component, lab, and field).
Troubleshoot integration and test issues.
Support system/subsystem integration for both make and buy hardware.
Apply knowledge of test and evaluation techniques to ensure compliance and performance.
Travel periodically to Ocala and Eglin AFB (1 2x per year).
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years with a Master s degree.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to solve cross-functional technical issues.
Hands-on experience with hardware testing and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability.
2 4 years of electrical troubleshooting, testing lab, and electrical testing experience.
2 4 years of report writing and problem-solving capability.
Systems Integration and Test experience, preferably in missile or flight testing.
Familiarity with MFC Dynamics Lab, NTS, AMSTAR, ALSPES at Redstone Testing Center (RTC).
Experience with environmental test labs, rocket motors, control actuation systems, or ESAFs.
Knowledge of design, integration, validation, and verification processes.
Experience in missile telemetry, data collection, and analysis.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
