PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Inspection Technicians to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be part of a team ensuring every part, assembly, and system meets the exacting standards that define aerospace excellence. What You’ll Do

As an Inspection Technician, you will perform hands-on inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications. Your work helps guarantee the quality, reliability, and safety of aerospace components that power flight around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect electronic units and mechanical components using precision tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality procedures.

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections, including First Article approvals.

• Operate computer systems to record and track inspection data.

• Verify accuracy and completeness of work order documentation.

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of subassemblies and finished units.

• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and related reports.

• Perform Preliminary Material Reviews (PMR) as needed.

• Support and adhere to EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CI) standards.

• Work overtime or extended shifts as required to meet production goals.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (indicate preference on your resume).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with mechanical or electronic inspection.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality assurance processes.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
