Summary:

    Apply an interdisciplinary approach to design and verify system solutions across the lifecycle.

    Define and coordinate system performance requirements and ensure interface compatibility.

    Conduct reliability, maintainability, diagnostics, and system health analyses to ensure mission success.

    Perform architecture optimization and quality factor evaluations.

    Develop and improve requirements management, risk, and technology readiness processes.

    Resolve cross-functional technical challenges.

    Generate component-level FMECA analyses and predictions.

    Conduct research and coordinate discussions necessary for reliability and maintainability assessments.

Requirements:

    Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.

    9+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or Software Development.

    FMECA, Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health Predictions.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work in an agile environment.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience applying the Systems Engineering V-model to product implementation.

    Systems engineering requirements and verification experience.

    Ability to lead through influence across teams.

    5+ years of Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health experience.

    5+ years of experience in FMEA, Reliability & Maintainability Predictions, and/or Reliability Testing.

    Master s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines.

    5+ years of experience with R&M engineering principles.

    3+ years of software development experience.

    Experience with systems modeling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
