Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

    Apply systems engineering principles to develop and verify complex systems and architectures.

    Evaluate and coordinate system performance requirements across technical disciplines.

    Conduct analyses to optimize reliability, maintainability, diagnostics, system health, and testability.

    Perform FMECA analyses, reliability and maintainability predictions, and related assessments.

    Support planning, organization, and continuous improvement of requirements management, risk, and readiness processes.

    Collaborate across teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

    Generate component-level FMECA analyses or predictions, supported by research and team discussions.

Requirements:

    Bachelor s degree with 5+ years of engineering experience, Master s with 3+ years, or PhD with relevant experience.

    Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.

    4+ years of experience applying Systems Engineering principles.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.

    Ability to think critically and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience applying the Systems Engineering V model to product implementation.

    Experience with requirements development and verification.

    5+ years in Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health engineering.

    5+ years with FMEA/FMECA, reliability predictions, or reliability testing.

    Master s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.

    Leadership experience through influence across teams.
