Be the Driving Force Behind Mission-Critical Programs

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dynamic Project Lead to support the A220 and E190-E2 program offices, specifically managing nacelle components for the PW1500 and PW1900 engines. In this high-impact role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical engine components—exhaust systems and engine mounts—on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

You won’t just be managing projects—you’ll be shaping the success of next-generation aircraft by driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and strategic coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver nacelle components for the PW1500 and PW1900 programs

• Act as a key interface between internal teams and external customers, ensuring alignment on program priorities and deliverables

• Drive cost, schedule, and performance accountability for assigned components

• Use CORE and lean tools to implement process improvements, reduce waste, and increase producibility

• Support sustaining operations, supply chain continuity, and execution of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

• Identify and manage program risks and issues, proactively working to resolve roadblocks to success

• Engage in and help implement key program processes that enable communication, coordination, and execution across the organization

Who You Are – Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an engineering or manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of program management fundamentals, including cost, schedule, and quality

• Demonstrated ability to use Lean/CI tools to improve operations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience interfacing directly with customers

• Ability to work independently with limited oversight

Preferred:

• Background in aerospace or defense programs, particularly with nacelle or propulsion systems

• Experience with supply chain coordination and manufacturing support

• Familiarity with CORE (Customer-Oriented Results and Excellence) operating systems or similar lean methodologies

• Knowledge of engine component design, producibility, or sustaining operations
