Be the Driving Force Behind Mission-Critical Programs
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dynamic Project Lead to support the A220 and E190-E2 program offices, specifically managing nacelle components for the PW1500 and PW1900 engines. In this high-impact role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical engine components—exhaust systems and engine mounts—on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.
You won’t just be managing projects—you’ll be shaping the success of next-generation aircraft by driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and strategic coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
Lead cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver nacelle components for the PW1500 and PW1900 programs
Act as a key interface between internal teams and external customers, ensuring alignment on program priorities and deliverables
Drive cost, schedule, and performance accountability for assigned components
Use CORE and lean tools to implement process improvements, reduce waste, and increase producibility
Support sustaining operations, supply chain continuity, and execution of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
Identify and manage program risks and issues, proactively working to resolve roadblocks to success
Engage in and help implement key program processes that enable communication, coordination, and execution across the organization
Required:
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of program management fundamentals, including cost, schedule, and quality
Demonstrated ability to use Lean/CI tools to improve operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience interfacing directly with customers
Ability to work independently with limited oversight
Preferred:
Background in aerospace or defense programs, particularly with nacelle or propulsion systems
Experience with supply chain coordination and manufacturing support
Familiarity with CORE (Customer-Oriented Results and Excellence) operating systems or similar lean methodologies
Knowledge of engine component design, producibility, or sustaining operations
