Play a Critical Role in Aerospace Supply Chain Excellence

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Procurement Agent to support a top-tier aerospace partner known for innovation, precision, and performance. In this key role, you’ll be at the center of sourcing and supply chain operations that ensure timely delivery of components critical to aerospace systems. Your decisions will directly impact the success of cutting-edge technologies that take to the skies and beyond.

What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous analysis of demand and supply to maintain optimal procurement flow

• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements to protect intellectual property

• Support sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and documentation of agreements

• Communicate supplier performance expectations and KPIs to drive accountability

• Place and manage purchase orders in support of internal customers and project timelines

What You Bring – Qualifications That Make a Difference

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• 2+ years drafting, negotiating, and executing purchase contracts and subcontracts

• 2+ years interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Skills:

• 3–6+ years of procurement, supply chain, or supplier management experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience in a cross-functional team environment

• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, and performance

• Business acumen with a deep understanding of procurement best practices in complex industries
