LOCATION: Lexington, KY
PAY RATE: $26-41.53/hour

Summary:
Administer and manage subcontracts from RFP through completion.
Monitor subcontractor cost, schedule, and performance compliance.
Implement corrective actions and lead return to green efforts when needed.
Provide detailed status reports to senior and executive leadership.
Partner with Compliance to support internal and external audits.
(LG4 and LG5 only) Mentor and serve as a subject-matter resource on complex subcontracts with SOW-driven requirements.
Requirements:
Secret Clearance required to start
Experience in Government procurements/subcontract acquisitions.
Strong understanding of Global Supply Chain principles and Government procurement processes.
Proven ability to perform cost/price analysis and develop negotiation strategies.
Experience with FAR and DFAR regulations, proposal evaluations, and Statements of Work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense contract types and SAP systems.
Experience establishing new suppliers and managing supplier performance.
Familiarity with Labor Contracts and Special Operations Forces (SOF) contracts.
Experience in competitive and non-competitive price agreements and complex negotiations.
Proven ability to lead a Subcontract Management Team (SMT) and communicate effectively with executive leadership, suppliers, and external partners.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
