PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Machine Operator to join our partner, a global leader in the aerospace industry, supporting the production of precision-engineered aircraft components. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Your Impact

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key player in shaping components that keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently. You’ll transform raw materials into precision-bent tubes that meet exact engineering specifications, ensuring every part meets the highest quality and performance standards in aerospace manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

• Set up and operate manual and automated bending machines to produce bent tubes to blueprint requirements.

• Program data into computers to achieve precise bending results.

• Perform visual inspections on raw materials and finished parts to verify quality and conformance.

• Use measuring tools and make necessary adjustments for accuracy.

• Conduct Vector process scans to confirm data alignment with blueprints.

• Perform daily machine maintenance, including leak checks and cleaning.

• Uphold daily Quality and Safety standards in all operations.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience in a production or machining environment.

• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating or programming bending machines (helpful, but not required).

• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing or precision metalwork.
