PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-driven Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support a short-term procurement initiative. This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced sourcing professionals to lead strategic procurement efforts across multiple categories and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
About the Role
As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals. This hybrid role requires at least three days onsite per week and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact over an estimated 8–10 week engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives and manage procurement processes across assigned categories
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate vendor quotes and capabilities to onboard optimal suppliers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements
- Monitor supplier compliance and performance metrics
- Contribute to strategic procurement planning and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and cost analysis techniques

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
