PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Specialist to support logistics and inventory operations within the Industrial Automation business unit. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient movement of materials in a fast-paced production environment.
Position Overview
As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, you’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production and customer orders. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate material handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
- Pick, pack, and ship materials to support production and customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve material-related issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
At PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, safety, and reliability. This role offers:
- Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday
- 8AM-4:30PM or
- 10AM-6:30PM
- Bonus Opportunity:
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
