PAY RATE: $59.04/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

    Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

    Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required; minimum of Interim Secret Clearance to start.

    Worksite Classification: Hybrid 2 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Summary:

    Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for proposal-quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures across the Grand Prairie organization.

    Conducts proposal inspections, testing, verification, and validation to ensure each submission meets customer, contractual, and internal requirements.

    Implements and continually refines proposal development and execution processes to ensure all deliverables meet reliability and performance standards.

    Defines operating criteria to drive the software-and-systems quality program in alignment with project, process, and contract objectives.

    Ensures proposal and program control documentation including specifications, checklists, risk assessments, and compliance matrices fully comply with contractual, stakeholder, and regulatory requirements.

    Reviews and incorporates applicable specifications, tools, and methodologies into each proposal package.

    Performs or directs verification of proposal requirement allocations, traceability, and testability to ensure all requirements are clearly addressed, measurable, and auditable throughout the bid lifecycle.

Requirements:

    Active Secret Clearance required; minimum of Interim Secret Clearance to start.

    Bachelor s degree or higher in a STEM discipline.

    Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Proposals, and Quality Engineering.

    Proficient in writing Proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE).

    Strong knowledge of creating accurate, complete, and competitive Proposals/BOEs and meeting proposal deadlines.

    Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with PM, Engineering, GSC, Production Operations, Manufacturing, and customers.

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

    Excellent communication skills written, oral, presentation, and technical writing.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and other engineering requirements.

    Experience using causal analysis tools to resolve technical or process issues ranging from basic to complex.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

    Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

    Experience dispositioning non-conforming products.

    Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.

    Experience developing performance metrics to identify process improvements.

    Experience writing technical and cost volumes.

    Understanding of TINA Compliance and TINA SWEEP.

    Knowledge of industry-recognized quality systems/models (CMMI, AS9100, ISO9001, AS9145).

    Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

    Familiarity with audit techniques and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

    Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality experience, including developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, and procedures for inspection.

    Understanding of Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) SAP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business systems.
