Schedule: Monday–Friday | Contractors must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift dependent on business need.
Job Type: Full-time | 12-Month Consultant Assignment
Starting Pay Rate: $23.91 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Clerk to support production operations by managing the movement of materials in and out of storage, production areas, and shipping/receiving zones. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely availability of parts, and supporting the overall flow of production.
Process and move production materials according to standard work instructions
Monitor work-in-process and communicate part/material status using automated systems and manual reporting
Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts and materials using established procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and expedite production activities
Perform warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
Ensure data accuracy and apply basic math skills in all transactions
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Execute shipping and receiving tasks
Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy
Support production flow by moving materials between locations
Experience as a receiving clerk
Background in warehouse operations
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Forklift certification
Experience in the aerospace industry
Exposure to hazardous materials (training provided)
Dangerous goods certification
