PDS Tech Commercial is seeking detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembly & Test Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to ensure product quality and functionality through rigorous testing and assembly processes in a fast-paced production environment.
About the Role
As an Assembly & Test Technician, you’ll be responsible for conducting standard testing procedures, assembling components, and analyzing results to ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards. You’ll work under direct supervision and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform testing processes on various equipment and record results
Analyze test data to identify defects or performance issues
Assemble components using mechanical tools and systems
Maintain, calibrate, and repair test equipment
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve testing issues and develop new procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and testing standards
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of experience in assembly, testing, or a related field
Familiarity with testing tools such as calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, and micrometers
Experience using torque wrenches and working with mechanical systems
Ability to lift over 30 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established procedures

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Subcontractor Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
