PAY RATE: $40-51/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Summary:
Conduct complex failure analysis and evaluation of parts, materials, and processes.
Generate test plans, identify and categorize failures, and determine root causes.
Document results, recommendations, and procedure/specification revisions.
Coordinate resolution of complex issues with suppliers and customers.
Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of new technologies.
Provide technical expertise and application knowledge to support internal and external teams.
Mentor and train less experienced staff.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
Strong communication, computer literacy, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
