Methods Process Analyst – Drive Efficiency in Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Everett, WA 98204 (100% Onsite – may also support Kent, Renton, or Auburn as needed)
Job Type: Full-time, Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, First Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
Starting Pay: $29.17 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Methods Process Analyst to join our partner, a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving production stability and efficiency by documenting time standards, analyzing build processes, and recommending improvements using lean methodologies. Your work will directly support engineering, manufacturing, and production operations—helping ensure smooth, reliable, and cost-effective aerospace manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct work observations and time studies to document processes and time standards.

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and production-support teams to identify process improvements.

• Recommend and implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Support the development and deployment of standard processes across operations.

• Ensure accurate documentation and analysis to support production stability.

• Perform physical activities as needed, including crouching, climbing stairs, and walking throughout production areas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Exposure and/or experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environments.

• Experience conducting work observations and time studies.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
