Quality Engineer – Shape the Future of Aerospace Manufacturing
Ridley Park, PA | 6-Month Contract | Starting Pay $50.62/hr | 1st Shift, 7AM–3:30PM

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, supporting critical aerospace production and advancing next-generation technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Integrate contractual and Quality Management System requirements into proposals, processes, and documentation.

• Develop quality metrics, certification plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection.

• Participate in design and production reviews to ensure quality attributes are built into products.

• Perform process audits, manufacturing readiness reviews, and non-conformance analysis.

• Provide material review dispositions and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Analyze trends, apply statistical methods, and benchmark processes to maintain quality excellence.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field).

• ASQ Quality Engineer certification required.

• 5+ years of engineering experience (or Master’s + 3 years / PhD with experience).

• Ability to read and interpret complex specifications, blueprints, and CAD models.

• Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective action, and problem-solving.

• Experience in manufacturing environments (composites, automotive, or large-scale fabrication).

• Strong technical writing and statistical/data analysis skills.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
