Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop production routing and manufacturing drawings
• Utilize 3D CAD software to design fixtures
• Assist in the analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality
• Collaborate with operators to identify manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts
• Conduct time studies and analyze data to optimize production cycles and identify bottlenecks
• Apply lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Support quality control initiatives, including assisting with root cause analysis of defects and implementing preventative measures
• Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or similar
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (CATIA or other similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
