PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our team in Portland, OR. About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting cross-functional operations, resolving emergent issues, and driving process improvements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of aerospace manufacturing operations, making you an essential part of the team.

• Job Type: Full-time Consultant (6-Month Contract)
• Location: Portland, OR 97230
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (5:45 AM – 2:15 PM, Flex)
• Pay Rate: $34.23 to $45.33 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Support multiple operational functions to resolve emergent issues.
• Conduct assessments of processes and practices against standards.
• Assist in implementing strategies and operational plans.
• Prepare business reports and perform data analytics.
• Manage small projects and support site-wide badging needs.
• Collaborate across teams under general supervision to ensure smooth operations.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 3 or more years of related work experience,
• OR a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years of related work experience,
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong data analytics skills
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
