PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Procurement Agent to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. This is your opportunity to work on innovative technologies while managing critical contracts that power commercial airplanes.

What You’ll Do

As a Procurement Agent, you’ll be the primary contact for suppliers while managing relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Your role will focus on driving value through negotiations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Secondary Structures Contracts team in executing supply chain contracts for critical aircraft components.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications.

• Evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.

• Draft, review, and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and negotiate cost recoveries or contract extensions.

• Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and align with organizational goals.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Strategic Sourcing.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• 5+ years of experience in roles requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

• 3+ years’ experience drafting contracts, developing strategies, and negotiating proposals.

• 3+ years in Procurement or Contract Administration roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
