About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global aerospace leader, is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 5) to support the 777X Mechanical Systems team in Everett, WA. This is your opportunity to contribute to the certification and delivery of one of the world’s most advanced commercial aircraft while working at the forefront of aerospace innovation.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, manage risk, and ensure critical deliverables are achieved. Your leadership and organizational expertise will drive the success of the 777X program while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop, and maintain integrated project plans and schedules for complex aerospace programs

• Conduct analyses (trend, variance, impact) and prepare reports, risk assessments, and planning documents

• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and refine business cases

• Define and establish lead time requirements to meet project goals

• Ensure seamless integration of project schedules, change management, and baseline processes using industry best practices

• Act as a primary contact for stakeholders to establish requirements and objectives

• Coordinate resources, budgets, and commitments across internal and external partners

• Support the evolution of Agile work management frameworks and tools across Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management

• 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 10+ years of related project management experience (or equivalent education/experience)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Experience with airplane systems or integrated system development projects

• Skilled in Agile/Scrum project management frameworks

• Experience with JIRA or similar Agile workflow management tools

• Strong leadership drive to unite technical teams and deliver impactful results

• Experience collaborating across engineering, production, and supplier management
