PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading experience who are ready to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

• Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality throughout production

• Follow job instructions and quality procedures

• Deburr parts and meet daily production goals

• Edit G-code programs as needed

• Track and run jobs in order of precedence

• Log job information using the SAP system

• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles

• Attend and participate in daily tier meetings

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of CNC experience preferred (but not required)

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, OD micrometers, height gauges, depth micrometers, and steel rulers

• Basic computer skills
