PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality throughout production
Follow job instructions and quality procedures
Deburr parts and meet daily production goals
Edit G-code programs as needed
Track and run jobs in order of precedence
Log job information using the SAP system
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
Attend and participate in daily tier meetings
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of CNC experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, OD micrometers, height gauges, depth micrometers, and steel rulers
Basic computer skills

Bonus Program:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days
Total potential bonus: Up to $3,000
