Starting Pay: $56.92 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our partner, a global leader in aerospace, on the Fulfillment Process and Performance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in implementing a new Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and integrating it with enterprise systems across Commercial Airplanes Assembly and Installation warehouses.

Your expertise will drive process innovation, improve warehouse operations, and ensure seamless adoption of advanced supply chain systems critical to aerospace production.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.

• Develop deep knowledge of Manhattan WMS and its integrations (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS).

• Support system implementation through configuration, testing, associate training, rollouts, and audits.

• Present detailed analyses and recommendations to senior managers and executive leadership.

• Provide solutions to complex business scenarios within the WMS space.

• Develop and implement standards, best practices, and process roadmaps.

• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies, contracts, and regulations.

• Facilitate process workshops, business case development, and cost-benefit analyses.

• Train site trainers and assist in creating standard operating procedures for system use.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system requirements and project goals are met.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Manhattan).

• Background in implementing WMS or similar software solutions.

• Experience supporting applications/data warehouses in production.

• Business intelligence or data warehousing development experience.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

• Strong presentation skills, including for executive audiences.

• Advanced understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
