PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to join our team in partnership with a global leader in the aerospace industry. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-impact programs that will shape the future of aircraft interiors and drive customer satisfaction worldwide.
As a Transformation Program Manager, you will play a key role in guiding program execution from development through delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex schedules, and ensure that certified products are delivered on time to support airline entry-into-service. This is a chance to directly influence cutting-edge aerospace programs and partner with both internal and external stakeholders.
Develop strong partnerships across integrated product teams (IPTs) to drive program success.
Manage daily program cadence, including customer reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), and decision reviews.
Oversee program documentation and ensure compliance with contract and business requirements.
Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain to meet delivery schedules.
Lead risk and opportunity management efforts, applying critical thinking to complex challenges.
Monitor financial, technical, and schedule performance to meet contractual commitments.
Prepare and deliver concise presentations for customers and executive stakeholders.
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (program/project management, engineering, etc.).
Proven experience in program/project management.
People leadership or management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading development programs through production transition.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in aerospace or OEM supplier environments.
Familiarity with financial analysis tools, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk/opportunity management.
Background in OEM development programs highly desirable.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $66.56/hour
