PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Systems and Data Analyst to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identity and access management, ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly computing access across complex systems. Your work will directly support operations that keep aerospace programs secure, compliant, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Systems and Data Analyst, you will:

• Process internal and external customer access requests and troubleshoot access issues.

• Collaborate across IT and business teams to resolve complex issues and improve access management tools.

• Track work in systems such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Salesforce, and others to ensure timely resolution.

• Create, maintain, and document processes, workflows, and job-related instructions.

• Deliver metrics, reporting, and analysis to support audits and improve system performance.

• Provide technical support, customer training, and guidance on access requirements.

• Advocate for customer needs during technology implementations and user testing.

• Contribute to continual improvement through defect reporting, feedback, and process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.

• 2+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management solutions.

• 3+ years in a related Identity and Access data processing role.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint), particularly Excel.

• Experience tracking work in Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Experience working with Power BI and Power Automate.

• Proven ability to analyze processes, document standard work, and support system improvements.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Analytics and Tableau reporting.

• Advanced MS SharePoint, Confluence, and ADO Team Foundation Server skills.

• 3+ years of experience in customer support roles.

• Experience implementing software systems, automation, and process improvement projects.

• Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and systems thinking.

• Experience working in Oracle-based systems.
