PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Software Developer to support a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance web-based solutions that streamline and optimize supply chain operations. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and play a key role in advancing digital transformation within the aerospace sector.

What You’ll Do

• Define, develop, test, and implement web-based applications ranging from simple tools to moderately complex solutions.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with supply chain goals.

• Perform business analysis and manage the full software development life cycle.

• Lead large-scale development projects and transformations with a focus on innovation.

• Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

• Experience in web application development.

• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Solid documentation skills.

Technical Proficiency (Ideal Candidate):

• .NET Framework / MVC

• HTML/CSS

• C# (or Java)

• SQL / MySQL

• Microsoft development stack (Visual Studio, SQL Server, Confluence, Jira).

Preferred/Desirable Skills:

• JavaScript, jQuery.

• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Management Studio (SSMS), and Reporting Services (SSRS).
